Turn fundraising data into more funds raised.

Donativus unifies your donation, supporter and campaign data, uses analytics and generative AI to show what to do next, and gives your team native marketing tools to act on it.

The Donativus dashboard showing this month’s incoming gifts, recurring donation health, and the campaigns that produced them.

Plug in what you already use

Connect a source once and its data keeps flowing into your analytics.

Website & forms

WordPress & WooCommerce

Your existing site keeps working. Donation activity and supporter details flow through to us.

Donativus forms

Hosted donation, registration and sign-up pages. Every submission lands on a supporter record.

Campaign & source attribution

The campaign or link that produced a gift rides along with it, all the way to the transaction.

Imports & files

CSV & spreadsheet imports

Years of history, a legacy CRM export, an offline campaign. All of it joins the same timeline.

Payment processors

Stripe

Donations, recurring payments and refunds all arrive, and land as reconciled transactions.

Redsys

Spanish card gateway operations arrive and get matched to the supporter and campaign behind them.

PayPal

PayPal giving reconciles in the same ledger as everything else.

Square

Covers the card reader at an event as well as online, so on-site fundraising counts too.

Global Payments

Gateway operations and settlement references come through ready to reconcile.

EuPlatesc

Regional gateway operations for teams fundraising in Romania.

Bank transfers & offline gifts Limited

Sits in the same ledger as card giving, so a wire is not a separate spreadsheet. Recorded by your team or brought in by import today. Direct bank connections are on the roadmap.

Email & marketing

Mailchimp

Audiences and campaign activity stay in step, so who opens your email sits next to who gives.

Donativus email templates

Your own templates for receipts, thank-yous and appeals, sent from your own workspace.

CRM & contacts

Existing CRM records Limited

Your contacts and their giving history come across, so you start with your real supporter base. Through imports and supported providers. There is no live two-way sync with an arbitrary CRM.

Social channels

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Limited

Connects Facebook and Instagram, so what social brings in shows up against the right campaign. We read Meta activity and attribute it. Posting from Donativus is on the roadmap.

Reporting & BI

Built-in fundraising analytics

Giving, recurring health, campaign performance and supporter lifecycle, ready on day one.

Power BI Limited

For boards and finance teams that already build there, with the fundraising data alongside. Optional, on top of the reporting that is already built in. Licensed separately.

How it works

From fundraising data to your next decision

Four views, one connected loop. Pick a stage.

One record behind every number

Processors, your website, your forms and your imports all feed one record, so every fact your team sees keeps the evidence behind it.

The integrations screen listing connected payment and CRM sources with their setup status. Every processor, one setup screen Stripe, PayPal, GlobalPayments and EuPlatesc all configure from the same integrations list, so no connection is a one-off nobody remembers. Nothing connects silently Each source shows as setup required until someone switches it on, so a provider never starts sending data without a decision behind it.
A transaction detail view showing the provider reference, the matched supporter, the campaign, and the recorded status changes. The campaign comes with the transaction Attribution travels with the payment itself, so a completed or failed gift already carries the campaign and the donor behind it.

Your providers take the payments. We read every one and reconcile it, and their fees stay on their invoice.

See how the data foundation comes together

See what is actually driving results

The same unified records power the reporting, so a number in a board pack traces back to real donations, supporters and campaigns.

Fundraising analytics showing revenue over time, transaction volume, and the recurring share of giving. Revenue over time, not just this month’s total Total revenue and its trend line update from reconciled transactions, so a number in a report traces back to actual payments.
A campaign’s engagement breakdown by outcome, alongside its most-clicked link. See exactly how an appeal performed Delivered, opened, clicked and bounced all read as shares of the same send, so a campaign’s real engagement is a chart, not a guess. Which link actually got clicked Top clicked links rank by engagement, so the next send can lead with what people actually acted on.

Reporting is built in. Power BI plugs in on top if your team already works there.

See what boards get out of it

Turn past results into next month’s fundraising plan

Donativus’s AI assistant analyzes previous campaigns, supporter engagement, posts, channel performance and fundraising trends to suggest specific actions for the month ahead.

Which audience to prioritize Recurring donors drifting toward lapse rise to the top, with the reason attached. Which campaign to revisit Past campaigns rank by what they actually returned, not just what they cost to run. What to create next Content directions come from what your own supporters engaged with, not a generic content calendar.

Planned. Recommendations are for human review. Donativus does not contact supporters or launch anything on its own.

See how fundraising teams plan with data

Launch from the data, then feed the results back

Native email, forms, campaign pages and social feed from the same records they update, so a send becomes the next thing you analyze.

A campaign’s audience, email template, and delivery results in one view. Built from real supporter data Audience and template start from actual giving and engagement history, not a fresh list built by hand. Delivery and opens, without waiting for a report Sent, delivered and opened counts update on the campaign itself, so results are something you check, not something someone compiles.
A form submissions list, each entry showing the email address and the moment it came in. Every submission, already linked Each entry carries the email address and the exact moment someone submitted, filterable by form without a separate export.

Email and forms are available today. Campaign landing pages are coming at launch, and posting to social is planned. We read your social activity today and attribute what it brings in.

See how fundraising teams run campaigns

Replace disconnected fundraising tools with one data-driven platform.

You are paying several vendors to each hold a piece of your fundraising, and none of them agree on what happened. Donativus unifies the data behind all of them, then takes the jobs over one at a time, as each native module fits your setup.

Supporter records and actions

Tools you pay for separately

A general CRM holds contacts and learns about giving from an import someone runs monthly, so it is always a little out of date.

Connected to Donativus

Records are built from the transactions themselves, so giving history, recurring status and source update in real time without anyone updating them. Supporter actions are a native, available module. Day one we bring your CRM history across and keep reading from it; once the supporter record here covers what you need, renewing that separate licence is your choice, not a requirement.

Email marketing

Tools you pay for separately

The list comes from an export, so it is a static snapshot, and nobody knows whether the person you are about to email gave last week.

Connected to Donativus

Audiences come from live giving and engagement data in the same workspace, and results attribute back to the transactions they produced. Native email marketing is available today. Many teams build audiences and send from here instead of exporting to Mailchimp, and your existing templates and connection stay usable alongside it.

Fundraising forms

Tools you pay for separately

A separate form plugin owns its own slice of the donation journey, and every upgrade is a chance for the link between page and record to break.

Connected to Donativus

Native forms feed the same ledger as everything else, and the campaign that produced a donation travels with it automatically. Fundraising forms are a native, available module. Your site keeps working exactly as it does now, and hosted forms are there for the day a plugin gives up.

Campaign landing pages

Tools you pay for separately

A dedicated page builder is one more login, one more export, and one more place attribution can get lost between the click and the gift.

Connected to Donativus

A native campaign page shares the same audience, attribution and reporting as the rest of the platform, with nothing to reconcile afterward. Coming at launch. Not yet available to demo, so it is not a reason to cancel a page builder today. Your existing site or landing-page tool keeps working in the meantime.

Social post management

Tools you pay for separately

Scheduling tools post on their own timeline, disconnected from which posts actually drove a gift.

Connected to Donativus

Donativus already reads your social activity and attributes what it brings in, alongside the rest of your campaign data. Planned. Composing and publishing posts from inside Donativus is not built yet, so keep your existing scheduler for now. We will attribute what it brings in either way.

Reporting

Tools you pay for separately

A BI tool is only as good as the exports feeding it, so definitions drift and last quarter’s figure cannot be reproduced.

Connected to Donativus

Built-in fundraising analytics read the reconciled records directly, so a number traces back to the payments behind it. Built-in analytics cover fundraising and campaign reporting on their own. Power BI is available as an optional, separately licensed addition for boards that already work there, reading the same records rather than a separate export.

Keeping it all connected

Tools you pay for separately

Every integration is its own little project, and when one dies quietly you find out from the numbers, weeks later.

Connected to Donativus

Each source is one configured connection with its own visible state, so a source that stops delivering is not silently ignored. The scripts and one-off syncs holding your stack together can stay. Every native module you turn on is one more thing built into the same platform rather than one more pipe to maintain.

Payment processors and their fees stay external no matter which native modules you turn on. So does any specialist tool, such as Power BI, that your team deliberately chooses to keep.

Separation you can explain to a trustee

Each organization gets its own workspace. That is a boundary, not a filter someone remembers to apply.

One workspace per organization
Supporters, transactions, campaigns and settings belong to that workspace, and every request is answered inside it.
Access granted per entity, per role
A shared finance function can get three organizations while a programme lead sees only their own.
Numbers that survive a handover
Transactions keep their provider reference and status history, so a figure still holds up a year later.
Read how your data is protected
A role permissions editor, showing read, create, update and delete access set per module.

What we are building next

Three directions, each one built on data you already have in the platform.

  • Planned

    Fundraising AI assistant

Turn past results into next month’s fundraising plan: which audiences to prioritize, which campaigns to revisit, what to create next.

Recommendations only. A human reviews and launches everything; the assistant does not contact supporters or publish content on its own.

    Planned

    Fundraising AI assistant

See what the assistant is planned to do

The assistant is planned to analyze prior campaigns, supporter engagement, posts, channel performance and fundraising trends, then suggest specific actions for the month ahead: which audiences to prioritize, which past campaign to revisit, what content to create, and where a fundraising opportunity may be forming.

It produces recommendations, not actions. Nothing sends, publishes or changes a campaign setting without a person choosing to do it. There is no version of this planned to contact a supporter directly or execute a decision on its own.

What it has to satisfy before it ships

    • Scoped: it only ever reads and recommends inside one organization’s workspace.
    • Human review: every recommendation is reviewed and launched by a person, not executed automatically.
    • No autonomous contact: the assistant does not message supporters or publish content on its own.
    • Evidence: recommendations reference the campaigns, engagement and trends behind them, not an unexplained score.
    • Status: visibly labelled planned until it is actually usable in the marketed environment.
  • Planned

    Social post management

Compose and schedule campaign posts from inside Donativus, with results returning to the same supporter records.

Builds on the social signals we already read and attribute.

    Planned

    Social post management

What social post management would add

We already take in social signals and tie them to campaigns. The missing half is outbound: drafting and scheduling posts to your connected accounts, with the results feeding back into the same attribution you already see.

  • Planned

    Bank connections

Connect the bank account directly, so transfers and offline gifts arrive the same way card giving does.

Today transfers are recorded by your team or brought in through an import.

    Planned

    Bank connections

What a direct bank connection would change

Transfers are the one source that still needs a person. Someone reads the statement, types the gift in or prepares an import, and matches it to a supporter. A direct connection would bring those movements in on their own and put them in front of the same reconciliation as every card payment.

The ones that come up first

01 Do we have to replace our website?

No. Donativus connects to WordPress and WooCommerce and reads the donation activity your existing site already produces. If you want a dedicated page for one appeal you can build a hosted form, but that is an addition, not a migration.

02 Which payment processors work with it?

Stripe, Redsys, PayPal, Square, Global Payments and EuPlatesc. Bank transfers and offline gifts come in through your team or an import today, and they reconcile in the same ledger as everything else. Direct bank connections are on the roadmap.

03 Does Donativus take our payments?

No. Your providers capture and settle every payment and charge their own fees. We read what they produce, normalize it, and reconcile it against your supporters and campaigns.

04 What happens to the data we already have?

Bring it in with a CSV or a legacy CRM export. Imported gifts join the same supporter timeline as everything arriving live, so a donor with ten years of history looks like one donor.

05 Who owns the data, and how is it kept separate?

You do. Each organization works in its own workspace, and access is resolved inside that workspace on every request. Groups reporting across several entities read across those workspaces rather than pooling them.

06 What does it cost?

Pricing is on our pricing page. Donativus is currently in beta, and joining now gets you a reduced beta price while you help us improve the platform. Processor fees are always separate, since your providers charge those directly.

07 How do we get started?

Book a demo to see the platform, or join the beta directly from our pricing page. Either way you get a straightforward walkthrough of analytics, marketing, supporter and campaign tools working from real fundraising data.

See what your fundraising data could tell you

Bring your own numbers or use ours. Either way you will see the analytics, the AI planning direction and the marketing tools together.
