Donativus is a commercial brand of Aatsin Tech SL, which provides a donor and donation operations platform to foundations, NGOs and their teams. This policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and the rights you have under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR and equivalent laws.

The data controller for marketing data submitted on donativus.com is:

For donor data processed inside an organization's workspace, the foundation or NGO that operates the workspace is the controller; Aatsin Tech SL acts as the data processor under a data processing agreement.
What data we process
- Contact details submitted through demo and contact forms (name, work email, organization, message).
- Account data for operators using the platform (name, role, email, organization).
- Donor records uploaded or captured by an organization inside its workspace.
- Operational logs for security, audit and platform reliability.
Why we process it
- To respond to demo requests and platform questions.
- To provide the platform under contract to each organization.
- To meet legal, tax and audit obligations.
- To secure the service against fraud and abuse.
Sub-processors
We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, payments, transactional email and analytics. A current sub-processor list is available on request to administration@aatsin.com .
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing. Contact administration@aatsin.com .
Retention
Marketing inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Workspace data is retained for the term of the contract with each organization plus statutory retention periods.
