1. Scope and operator
Donativus is a commercial brand of Aatsin Tech SL. These terms govern access to and use of the Donativus platform, including the marketing site at donativus.com and any subdomain operated by Aatsin Tech SL.

2. Accounts and access
Each organization operates inside a separate workspace. Roles and permissions are configured by the organization's administrators. You are responsible for credential security and for the actions of users under your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to process unlawful donations, to circumvent sanctions, or to handle data the operator is not authorized to process.
4. Fees and renewal
Fees, term and renewal are set out in the order form executed with each organization. The marketing site does not constitute an offer; pricing is confirmed in the order form.
5. Data and confidentiality
Workspace data belongs to the operating organization. Aatsin Tech SL processes it as a data processor under a separate data processing agreement aligned with the GDPR and equivalent laws.
6. Service availability
Service levels, scheduled maintenance and incident response are defined in the order form or a separate service level agreement.
7. Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as set out in the executed order form.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Aatsin Tech SL. Governing law and jurisdiction are confirmed in the executed order form.
